Carmen's found her feet!!!

Carmen has started to enjoy eating on her own, and is now on 2 handfeedings a day, but shes eating so much on her own, I think it'll be fast weaning from here.

Just the other day, she learned how to pick up food with her feet for the first time!!!! No more taking a bite and droping on te floor!! Now she takes 2 or 3 bites before droping it!!!

She is growing so fast, and is getting sweeter and sweeter. She is so curious and flies every were. She has found her favorite spots though! My head being one of them.

So cute she is eating with her feet, and yes weaning is anyday now. Don't be surprised if she goes from 2 feeds to weaned in the space of week. She will tell you when she has had enough. You are doing great.

What an expressive face your little 'zon baby has! Too cute for words.

Btw, my very first swing for Stella was just like the one you have for Carmen. Those swings are great -- lots of room to walk about and things on the suspended chains to go chew up. Stella loved hers and hung out on it regularly as I ate dinner when coming home from work. I had it suspended in a doorway to the kitchen and handed her food from my plate as I ate. Hey, I think I now know why it was her favorite swing! LOL I since moved and the swing now hangs in her cage.

Thanks everyone, she is growing so fast. I'm a little worried that she'll want to be better friends with Papi than me, but so far, she still seems to like me...

Stizby, I love that swing... It was totally overproced where I got it, but worth it anyway. I hang it in front of the sliding glass window and she just loves to fly to it and chew on the stuff on te chains and look out the window. I'm thinging of figuring out how to add more perches on it to make it more of a gym. Any Idea on how to make mabe a poop catcher of some sort, my carpets used to be white.
