Maybe after the fund drive is over, the feather holders can get together and discuss how to better future fund drives.
Or just get together to gloat and brag on how our efforts made a difference.
Maybe a rep from the Gabriel Foundation can come and speak with us.
I would love to see all the feathers come together, what a colorful day that would be.

I guess I should have worded this differently, How nice it would be to all come together and meet, but I was thinking of meeting right here on PC.
The good lord knows how hard it is for everyone to come together in a chat room, so getting everyone to fly somewhere and meet in the states will be like pulling a tooth, and the cost alone would keep me at home.
I just wish all the Feathers could come together after the fund raiser is over and share our thoughts and prayers TOGETHER.
We will help those that call upon us, this is what we do, I am not saying "under any circumstances" that we are better than others.
I just become excited thinking about all those colorful feathers posting in a special forum, Sometimes the Bosses pat on the back means so much and hearing "what a great job".
Beaks (John) has called me many times, Gary (WingedVictory)called me during a very very trying time, Karen called me asking for a little information, I will always rememeber and cheerish those calls made to me, everyone wants and needs to feel important, and those that have dug into there piggy banks need to know "you are important", "you have made a difference".
I have never been to Buemont California before, I could never tell you how to get there, but one evening I received a call from a nice person there asking for my help concerning a Poisoning of Pigeons.
I can't force the cars in front of me to stop and help the injured bird along the road side, but I can pull over and shake the hand of the person that did stop to help, I hope this makes sense.
