Default My New play stand

I seen this at a garage sale and thought it would be a LOT easier than all that work and time that I know Jim put in his.... so I bought it for $5 and plan on adding toys and stuff and letting the fids have a hay day.

What a great find! I bet your fids will love it once you put some toys on it.

Ooh, let us know how they like it and take pics when you've hung toys. I'd like to build something similar as well but I'm not very handy in that sense

Can you take a pic of the colorful hanging ball in the background? That looks like fun!

I would be concerned about any type of chemical or finish that it may have on it. What is it meant to be anyways? Like a hat rack or something?

I believe it was a hat rack, and I plan on cleaning it throughly with GSE and giving it a good look over.

Here is the ball pic that was requested.....

The ball IS awesome. Is that hand made like the atom? There's no way I think I'd ever have the patience to make that. Did you wrap some string or something around something for all those colors?

I'm hoping you're going to say it came that way. Since all the colors are almost perfectly the same pattern. Or else you're really careful and really CRAFTY!

That ball is really cool! Do your birds like it? Also interested to know what has already been asked...
