Default Tropical Plumage Gallery Showing

Saw this announced on The Gabriel Foundation website:

William Matthews Gallery, located at 1617 Wazee Street, Denver, CO 80202 is pleased to announce a wonderful new exhibit of paintings by renowned artist William Matthews entitled "Tropical Plumage"

Here's a link to this talented Watercolorist's gallery pages featuring Parrots and other tropical birds: Tropical Plumage Gallery Showing Thirty three paintings in all, that I find a little bit reminiscent of John James Audubon. Pricey, but wonderful.

He also has does a lot with the Western/Cowboy genre ala Frederick Remington. Fabulous work.

Those are fabulous!! I sure wish I could afford one! I have to say though, that there is something 'off' with the grey close up on the 4th page. It just doesn't look as good as the others do. All of the macaw one's are gorgeous!

I agree, the grey looks super tired. What beautiful work overall.
