sami and joey were all over the place in the new digs all day yesterday. sorry no pics. as camera was packed away and I didnt know which box.

It is now on table.

Butthe two are just sitting in cage today taking everything in . not sure why they are not out today door has been open all morning. small chitter chatter coming from them...

all day yesterday when I would come into new apartment I could hear the two chatteirng away to one another. I just ignored them dropped boxes off and then headed out the door again.. but once I got everything in here I just flopped into chair andf thats when the birds were out.... Its sure a job keeping sami away from linoleium floor. though. trying to direct him to the carpet. so when he gets out of cage he goes to the carpet and then scoots over to the partition and climbs up to meet joey.. joey is not a happy camper having to share the top of the partition with sami. thats for sure.

but they are sure getting along... :

I'm glad they waited to come out - no accidents then. They are really smart little birds.

It's fun to see the different interacting styles used by each Budgie pair. Can't wait for more photos tho - so get unpacked.

Great news! Somehow I think the birds mind moving less than we do -- as long as they have their people & buds, they are happy campers. Congrats on the new place!!
