Well, I have given away quite a few of my finches and the numbers are almost manageable (five of each), so I decided to let everyone back into the commune. We are having a housewarming party on Bregun's nest

since we are all back in the BIG cage together!

and not to worry, they are just on the kitchen counter for the move, I really don't have birds on EVERY counter in the house!

I had 2 Finches years ago. Rock & Roll.....they were so cute, but my ex couldn't handle the noise, so I gave them to my friend......and here's the sad part.....his cat got them both.

So adorable. I had Gouldians. I lost the female to egg binding. The male followed shortly thereafter. I have the greatest cage for finches. I think I may just have to go "shopping" real soon at the store... I miss their beautiful melody.
