Default My newest little wonder

I hand fed this little wonder, she is wiened and I recently took her out into the loft to meet the other Pigeons and she said No-Way and flew back up to my shoulder, Sooooo she is fledged also...LOL
Eventually she will have to go out into the loft, but for now, she will stay in the house close to me.
I have fallen in love.........AGAIN.

Or maybe there's an adopter that can offer a forever home to this little girl?
I can ship her.
She is very healthy and hand tame, she can't speak, but she will never leave you, she can be trained to free fly and she will always return to you.
Just let me know if you are interested.
She is a very beautiful bird of peace, she is a cross between a Dun Lahore and a pure white Homing Pigeon, notice the feathers going down the legs, this is a feature of the Dun Lahore.

Oh Arty she's beautiful! I would take her in a heartbeat to live with my Mollie, as I'm sure he is just dying for the companionship. Is she definitely a female? Is there a possibilty they could breed? My dad would never go for it if there is the possibility of babies...

Yes she is a Girl, when I sat her down in the loft all the males danced for her.
Eggs, welllllll, you know how it is...LOL
There will be eggs and LOVE, I do my best to control this issue here in my loft.
I use fake eggs and or take a needle and poke a hole in one end of the egg.
Folks say that this is wrong and or mean but if I don't control there breeding ways I will run out of room for rescues, I currently have 3 mated pairs sitting on fake eggs.
We can't stop LOVE, and we all know...Love is very important.
Your male will fight with another male, so providing another male won't work, but when you offer a female companion things will work fine and Love is in the air, one will have to practice birth control or you will have many little ones flying around...LOL
She is young yet, way to young for breeding and she will let the male know this.
6-9 months old is the time to worry, this little one is around 9-10 weeks old.
1 is a lonely number, Let me know if you want this little girl, but plan on practicing birth control.
She is a very fine Pigeon.

Are the chances very good that they will get along? I don't have the means for providing seperate living spaces, although the cage is big. I'll have to speak with my dad as he is the one who cares for Mollie on the farm. I would really love to give this baby a home!

There will be a need for time to get to know each other, but your male will be persistent and she being to young will run away.
But there shouldn't be any fighting so to speak, at least not like 2 males will fight.
All should be fine.
You think about it and let me know, There will be no cost for anything.
I will have to order a new shipping box for live birds, and you will have to spend alittle money to send the box back to me but it shouldn't be more than a few bucks.
My single bird box is getting very old, its been all over the states, Soooo I will have to get a new one.
She is sooooooooo pretty, I hope your father will allow her to come to you.
She is yours if all goes well with your father.
Knowing how much you love and care for your Mollie, well I couldn't ask for a better adopter.
Lets keep our fingers crossed.
Arty

Arty, I will talk to him tonight and have an answer by tomorrow or Tuesday. I want so much to give this little girl a home, and to give Mollie a feathered friend!
