I know you stay busy, but when you get a chance I'd love to see pics.

Joanie -- don't mean to make excuses for Joel, but as the owner of 3 of those little monkeys myself, I can tell you the trick is getting them to stand still long enough to get their darn picture taken!! They give new meaning to the term "energizer bunny"!!

Hi Kelly -- have you taken any new videos of your trio? I'd love to see them. Bet they just get cuter every day.

Joanie, yes, my 3 are cute and just getting cuter by the day. One of the strangest things I have ever seen is the 3 of them jamming themselves into a single food bowl to sleep! They wedge themselves in like little piggies in a blanket and sleep that way -- how in the world they find that comfortable is beyond me!

Splash is living up to her name -- she jumps into her water bowl nearly every day and splashes and splashes all the water around! She is a love bug and loves to lay on her back in my hand. She also rolls around on her back with Squeaky as they play -- and they play a LOT -- almost like a pair of kittens. And Squeaky is my little squealer -- especially while playing. He and Cricket (BHC) like to play "chicken" -- they both hang upside down from the top of their cage, lock one foot with the foot of the other, and then spar! It's never a dull moment with these 3!

Kelly, they all sound adorable. I would love to see a video also!

So Joel, how do you like your caiques? Are they really playful? Mine sure are.....can't figure out why they aren't as well known as some other parrots.

You got it Kelly, it is soooo thrilling to see these Caiques playing, hopping and body-surfing, etc...... What a delightful Bunch. Just got me a mature male BH a couple days ago ("on loan" - kinda a rescue in a way but will have to return if owner insists one day )

I still would like to add a Caique to my family but in the meanwhile these two crazy Conures are keeping me on my toes!
