I can never see too many pictures of macaws. I love the militaries! Great photos, and my sympathy at the loss of Louie. Pamela

Louie was a hard loss...... I have to admit that if it werent for Jodi I would have given all my animals away the next day. That is something that I never want to feel again and wouldnt wish on my worst enemy. He was sick for awhile and I had the help of alot of generous people to help with covering costs, but he went to birdy heaven and with the years of abuse he suffered on top of being ripped out of the wild and being shoved in a cage that was size appropriate for a senegal his wings were fused... he was a total mommas boy and got super jealous and yelled his little head off if I went near another bird with him around! I am happy to know in my mind he flys free!

the food on the couch was sasha ( I think lol ) birthday party! I made them birdy safe cake and they also had popcorn! The cakes were heart shaped and they all had their own but went after each others and made a HUGE mess!

Poor Louie, I remember when you were posting his story a couple years ago. What a heartbreaker!

Your birds are gorgeous!

So sorry about Louie, he does fly free knowing he was very loved.

Gorgeous birds! I love your wall decorations.

Would you elaborate on the possible problems you've seen or encountered mixing the sexes?

Your birds are stunning - you just have to love the Macaw. The B/G's are so elegant looking & I love yellow & blue together.
