Oh dear, Poor Jess, that pup of yours is being a real little monkey.
I know how you feel, Labs are very much the same till they are appx 2 years old. I had a plaster lighthouse ornament, since I was a kid from England. Can't get anything like it again.
One of my Labs ate it. Only thing left of it so I knew where it had actually gone was a piece of glass that had a picture on it, you viewed it through the top of the lighthouse, pic was where the lighthouse came from. I was

She actually had to reach up on 2 legs to get the thing to boot. Naughty dog.
So for Missy, yup put her in a crate or a small room. (Make sure there is nothing in there she can get into). Especially if you caught her in the act. I would also give her a VERY STERN telling off and literally shove her in the crate or room.
Leave her there for 15 minutes, don't even look at her.
If you can't do that, SHOVE her outside, literally, give her a push out the back door and DEEP voice growl at her, BAD DOG or NO. Then ignore her totally, for at least 15 minutes.
So that's the training bit, next get her a Kong or other treat toy that takes intelligence for her to get the treat out of. She is definitely bored and probably cutting her back teeth. She's appx 8 months isn't she? They cut them from 6 - 10 months of age. She will want to chew anything she can find. Freeze the Kong, added joy for her. Fill it with peanut butter.
