Today was my youngest granddaughters and my - before school starts day out.
Last week, I took my oldest to a movie, shopping and lunch.
Today, Jessica and I went to The Peace River Wildlife Refuge and out to lunch at a waterside resaurant.

What a doll - you are so lucky Susan. Great idea staging events for each child. Looks like you got to do a lot of fun things together. Kids are great for getting out & doing things we adults can get lazy about.

I have a good relationship with the 2 oldest my brother's kids the other 3 kind of fell thru the cracks of me being too busy when they were young. I wish I'd made the time - now they are virtually strangers & are mystified at the closeness between me & the older ones.

It's a tradition.
When Katie started school I took her clothes shopping and out to eat at a fancy restaurant.
Then, Tannor came along and I did the same with him.
Now, all four of them will be in school so it just gets bigger and bigger and more $ and more $.
Next week is Tims turn. He's my little devil.

Like I have always said...My KIDS AND FIDS are my life!
