I was walking past his cage and didn't see him.
His tree is in front of the cage and I leave the door open so he can come and go as he pleases.

Awwwww Grandma, he is sooooooo cute! I had a Jenday named Skipper for 13 years, she used to hide in a "tent" that I made for her by taking a cloth and hanging it over and thru the top rungs of the cage and letting it hang down over her perch, she would peek out, I would say "Skipper, are you in your tent, she would say, "RAH" ( I guess that's yes in parrot language I miss her! I was her 2nd owner, she was 16.

This is Spanky's second home as well.
I just can't figure out why his first family didn't want him.
They said he "shed too much".
