That just kills me. Its like bird prison. All I can imagine is my Afa in those conditions. Ill never understand. As always Barb..thank you!

How very sad, it just breaks my heart to see birds in that condition. Thank God they have you looking after them now and giving them a chance at a better life.

The Single females name is Bear, She is 17
The mated female is Maggie she is 18
and the Male Monroe is 20.
They all came from the same home,They were never let out of their cages.
Monroe before he went to these owners was a previous show bird,then got aggressive and sold to these people.to be turned into a breeder.
The single female does not like to be touched but wont bite.
the mated female will let you hold her only if away from the male.
the male is not friendly .
we will work on those plucked feathers and teaching them what its like to be just birds.

OMG! It's a wonder they aren't totally bald in those conditions. They actually bred in that cage!
It just makes me cry. How can people do this!
