Got a call last week about a women who moved and left her pets behind,they were discovered after a week of the women being gone, Bubba is a Blue & Gold around 12 yrs old,He is a bit shy but pretty sweet,I have him stepping up. He likes to chat with you.
Poor guy just left behind, I just don't understand people. She also left Doves Cockatiels and a 30 lb cat, I have all of them.

Ill never understand how anyone can do that without feeling sick with guilt. How do you just leave them!?

That's awful, how can they just leave them? I'm glad he likes being with you, he probably enjoys the company of the other birds as well.

when I got to the house and saw Bubba it killed me seeing the fear and loneliness in his eyes, This women was a so called rescue , and just left, she left everything all her stuff house full of everything just walked away and left town, she did call a friend a week later to tell her about the animals and that she was never coming back.
luckily we found all paperwork on the birds and cat, and they were tested ,I called the vet Bubba went to and confirmed it.
Bubba is in love with Henrietta,not sure she likes him but that's right where he goes when he is out.

UGHH! Sounds like an Animal Cops episode. I also don't understand how people can do that to LIVING CREATURES! Especially sweet ones. That is our world today.

It sounds like they were loved too. Does not make sense.
