By setting a live trap and catching the stray cat, these stray cats and (ferals) need to be taken off the streets.
Call the authorities to come and get the animal, most folks check there local animal control shelter when there little friend fails to come home.
If ya catch a cat, "good for you", (good job)....you saved another bird and or Wildlife.
Re-set the trap and do the same, hopefully...hopefully folks will begin to get the message....

Our local A.C. won't physicaly come and catch a cat like they do dogs.
They bring you a trap then when you catch one they will come get it.
The Feral isn't too much of a problem here, it's people who let their cats roam>

We had an awful orange cat that hid in my bushes and tried to get my birds! I couldn't get him even with tuna. Thankfully Lucky has solved that problem! ha!
