Default A Tale of an old bird.

Today we went to get a new car! 5 hours went by very quick. As we were waiting for the finance person I told our salesman that I had to leave so I could let the bird out to poop. As you all know by now King Buddy wont poop in his cage. This guy has a pretty heavy NY accent. He asked "What kinda boyd is it?" I went on to explain about the birds and he sat back to listen. He went on to talk about a bird from his childhood. He said "Dis thing had a real big tail! I dunno what kinda boyd dis thing was, but it was big like an oven stuffa! Ya know back den ya didnt ask what the thing was! Ya jus knew it was a boyd!" He said its name was Paulie, and from the sound of it, it was a Macaw. He said they would say to it "Ay Paulie! Watcha doin Paulie!?" and Paulie would respond "Ayyyyyy f*** OFF!". The best part of the story is, Paulie has been passed down through 4 generations of the same family. And only because each caretaker had passed. Paulie is about 70 now! I just thought that was a nice story to share!

That is wonderful. It had to be an easier transition for him to go to someone he at least knew.
