Breakfast is for the Birds This is what mine have been eating for breakfast:
2 c. Oatmeal
2 c. Water
Plain, no sugar yogurt
1/4 C. Chopped walnuts
1 Stick Cinnamon (crushed)
4 Fresh Strawberries (chopped)
1 Apple (chopped)
1 Banana
Cook the oatmeal with the apple and Cinnamon.
Add the rest when it cools.

They get the Veggie bread in the afternoon then a bulk mix of seed, nuts, pellets, fruit and veggies in the evening |
