Victim With 'Reward-Sign' Home Finds Stolen Pets
'Pepe Is Coming Home,' Rodriguez Says

Fla. -- A woman who turned her home into a giant "reward poster" after her eight puppies and bird were stolen said she followed leads for days without eating and sleeping and found her pets inside a Central Florida store.

“I've been working on it day and night and I've barely slept and I haven't eaten a thing," Naomi Rodriguez said.

Several days ago, a thief broke into Rodriguez's Orlando home and stole her eight puppies and favorite parrot, Pepe.

Rodriguez said after she spray painted, "In God We Trust -- Return My Pets" and posted a $2,500 reward message on her home she received tips in the case. [LINK: Read on..]

The pet store owner is the victim ? I would think the woman and her animals were the victims... I hope she gets them back

So did she pay the $2500 for the lead? It didn't 'sound' like she got the dogs back - maybe the parrot. I guess the police were reluctant to fine the store. Loosing the sale money was the only fine?

Perhaps a good idea to have your pets photo documented etc.

Glad she found them, if they were microchipped identifying them wouldn't be an issue.
