Default This makes me SICK!!!!

I found another person trying to scam people out on the Pennysaver. I could tell from the ad it was a scam, so just for giggles I emailed her and pretended I was interested and this woman has a lot of nerve, read the email she sent me:

Hello Thanks for the mail, thanks for the interest in my lovely pair of African Grey Parrots
.Well, I will like to ask you the following questions. Then get back to us ASAP.
-Have you ever lived with a African greys before or any other birds?
-do you have an acre of land, or again where they can always play around?
-Are you aware of the love and attention that African greys need?
-will every one in your home be fully committed to the adoption of a new pet?
-what about if you know any good vet in your area?
-Where exactly are you located?
What makes us willing to give them up for free adoption is that we are presently on a Volunteer mission for the W.H.O on the Eradication of the Malaria Parasite on pregnant Women in a small Country Called Cameroon. We decided to Volunteer and W.H.O was our catch since we loved helping Sick people. We are from Lakewood City California. Our duty here is tight up,that is why i even regret bringing the babies over with me since we got this job and moved with them to Cameroon i hardly spent adequate time loving and caring for them.I am really disturbed since love and concern is what they need most.Hence i have decided to give them out to any loving and caring home(s) out there which will show them lots of love and concern and care properly for them. All you need to do to get them is simply paying their flight fees to your location, and you will have to email to let me know how they are doing and equally send me pictures of the birds at your home once every month. If you agree to accomplish all these, then i will be very ready to give them out to you,and they will be coming with some playing toys, health guarantee, crate, papers and even with a food menu ok so i will be waiting to read back from you.So i will very
much give out these birds for free adoption as soon as possible in order to also reduce our work load. Waiting on your humble response.
God Bless You

I couldn’t believe the nerve of this woman saying she was doing volunteer work and then to end the email with “God Bless” I pray God has mercy on this womans soul, because she is going to need it. So I thought I would email her back and answer her questions the complete opposite as to what an honest person trying to find a loving home for their bird would be looking for. Of course all my answers are all totally false and just to make myself clear, absoultely not the way I feel! Here was my response to her though……….

Hi, to answer your questions……..

-Have you ever lived with a African greys before or any other birds? No, but I like them and I think it would be cool to own one.
-do you have an acre of land, or again where they can always play around? No, I live in a one bedroom apartment, but I think my landlord and neighbors will be okay with it.
-Are you aware of the love and attention that African greys need? How much attention do you actually need to give a bird – it’s not a dog, it’s just a bird.
-will every one in your home be fully committed to the adoption of a new pet? Well my husband isn’t too keen on the idea, but I think it will grow on him.
-what about if you know any good vet in your area? What do you need a vet for for a bird??????
-Where exactly are you located? In Los Angeles, California

So what do you think of those answers? LOL
If this was real adoption there would be NO WAY in the world that a person would let you adopt their pets, especially how "concerned" she says she is about them, with the answers I gave her, but here is her reply..........

Thanks for getting back i have a pair of african grey birds i have a female and a male grey they are a bonded pair they are called Lizzy and Timmy. they are 14 moths old and they usually have weaned themselves and are eating plenty of fruits, veggies, pasta, rice and even chicken. African Grey Parrots don't just mimmick speach they also pick up all storts of weird and wonderful sounds,The African Greys are excellent talkers and mimics At the same time as the checkup we have them DNA-sexed. As the babies start the weaning process, we introduce them to a great variety of pellets, fruits, rice, pasta, eggs, vegetables and even some chicken. i will be sending this birds along side a license, toys, perches,DNA papers,1 year guarantee papers etc so it will cost you just $200 to get them over to your home. i will need your full address to send the birds over to your home. so email me as soon as possible so that we can proceed

Sooooo, I emailed her back again and told her that I only wanted the male grey of her bonded pair and that I would only pay C.O.D., do you think I'll actually hear back from her now!

Default She just won't stop!

I emailed her back yet again and told her I only wanted the male, that I hated to break up a bonded pair, but I had no room for two birds in my tiny one bedroom apartment. (Actually I live in a 3 bedroom house with a big backyard!) I also mentioned to her that I wanted to pay C.O.D., which you know is out of the question since there is no bird. Well she responded back to me and didn't even mention the C.O.D., here is her email:

"thanks for the mail, it is ok if you want only the male, i can send the male over to you asap, when do you want the bird to join your home????because i can send him over asap.
he will come in a cage accompanied by toys and all health papers. so reply now and tell me when you want this cutie to join your home."

In her first email she said they would come with a 1 year guarantee! WOW, isn't that AMAZING! Breeders give you 72 hours at the most, but she is giving a year guarantee!

So this is my next response to her:

"Oh I want him ASAP! Can you please email me some more pictures of him first. So how do we go about getting him to me? Do you send him on a plane under my name and I pick him up at the airport? What do I need to do? Also you said it was only $200 to send him over here, but with gas prices and airline fees so much more now, that sounds way to cheap, are you sure that's the right price? Please give me all the necessary details."

So do you think she'll get all excited when she finds out I want to send her more than $200!

To Be Continued (I'm sure!)

Default And it continues.......

It just keeps getting better. Even though I told her I "wanted" the male, she is referring to the female. Her email has attachments of pictures, but I won't open them - who knows if they have viruses attached, but here is her reply:

From: Jennifer Lawson <jenniferlawson12@yahoo.com>
Subject: Re: Amazing Pair of Grey Parrots
To: lfiducia@yahoo.com

"Thanks for the quickresponse attached to this mail are some pics of Lizzy the female african grey parrot i am ready to send to your home i am glad at last that lizzy will get a loving and caring home she will be delivered to you at your home the complete charges toget Lizzy is $410 and iwill be paying 210 and you pay the other200 so the bird will be delivered to you at your home and i will need your full address to send her over to your home i will need yourfull names.......your house address.....your city/zip code.........and the closest airporttoyourhome as soon asi get the address and the $200 i will then proceed with sending her over to your home email me asap"

She still hasn't told me how she expects me to pay her, I guess this will come next, but here is my latest response to her:

"Give me your address so I can send you the money. Oh and I want the male grey, not the female. I don't feel right about you having to pay anything to ship your bird to me, I am willing to pay the entire amount."

As you notice I still haven't given her "my" address and naturally I won't either. If she is stupid enough to give me her address then I will report her to the authorities, but I'm sure she won't give me her address. Oh and since she is in "Africa" isn't it funny that she has a California area code that is listed with her ad!

Default Here's the latest.......

Okay, she emailed me back yet again. She says she HAS to have my address so she can "register the package". I'm like WHAT!!! A package! Is she thinking that IF she had a bird, she could just send it in a box with holes punched into it??? This girl is soooooo STUPID!!!! I knew it was coming and it did, she finally told me to just go to Walmart and send the money via Western Union in her name. YEAH RIGHT!!!! Like I am actually going to do that! Sooooo, I emailed her back the following:

My address is:
1666 Scammers Blvd.
Apt. 13
Los Angeles, CA 90011

Then I told her I would go send her money to her tomorrow. So let's see if she actually catches on and realizes that this is a wrong address and if she actually goes to Western Union to try and retreive her money.

To Be Continued.........

Default Well it was FUN while it lasted!

She emailed me back telling me to be serious and send her my correct address that she had googled my address and it was invalid. REALLY!!!! SCAMMERS Blvd. isn't a real street??? So, I sent her this final email and I blocked her email address:

YES, let's be serious! You and I both KNOW you are running a scam and I have contacted the Pennysaver and informed them of this. You better pull your ad, repent and ask God for forgiveness. I pray he has mercy on your soul, people like you make me SICK!!!! I knew from the very beginning that you did not have a bird for adoption and I am VERY glad that I have lead you on for so long and made you think that I was a vulenerable person who doesn't know better and to see how you would take advantage of that kind of person. I think it is too funny that you were actually thinking I was going to send you money! If you were being truthful and did have a bird for adoption the answers I gave you to begin with would have been a HUGE flag and you would have thought I was out of my mind and would NEVER allow your precious little angels to be adopted by this kind of person. Then you have the NERVE to say you were working with a volunteer group to help sick people - you yourself are sick and need help! I do give you credit for having enough sense to actually google an address, but it's really funny that you actually googled SCAMMERS Blvd. thinking it's an actually street! Just remember God has the final judgement over our souls. I wish you luck in the after life.
