Default Common Yellowthroated Warbler

I am 99% sure of the ID on this bird, but I don't have my guidebook with me!

I shot this one today at a marsh not too far from the dock that my ship is at... A little overcast, but I made it work

This is a new species for me- The first time I have photographed one of them. They are pretty shy and elusive, he was tough to 'coax' out of his hiding place in the dense brush... And when he DID come out, he would only make a brief appearance before returning to hiding...

A VERY pretty bird- and a nice song to go along with it, Too!!

Yup, Common Yellow Throat. Nice captures, Andrew. The little buggers do like to stay in the bushes, don't they?

Thanks... It just goes to show that you can find COLORFUL birds everywhere- if you look hard enough! These guys are tough to spot. But, I found out where they 'lived' and waited for them!
