I received this email
I am thinking about getting a bg macaw and I have been thinking this over for months! I have done a lot of research, reading, speaking with other bird owners, etc... etc.. But One question I can't find the answer to is this... How well would my Golden Retriever act with a BG Macaw? Would he try to hunt it? Eat it? Kill it? Anything like that? Or would he be friendlly with it? He has not been trained to hunt as I have had him since he was a puppy, however i also know that hunting is a natural instinct for Golden's! Is there something I can do, or a way to train the golden without risking the life of the macaw? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks
