Or birds, as long as that Falcon hangs around, no wildlife is safe.

I have tons of birds that is why he was there. lol
I also have rats that like to eat from my bird feeders.
And of course tons of squirrels.

Do you have a lot of woods nearby? If so, then the bird may be a Cooper's Hawk.

Yep its a Cooper's Hawk. We do have a small wooded area up the road.
