Default Sick lizard...

Sooki's husband, Ramune is horribly ill. He has been since before I purchased him (he and Sooki came as a pair). I FINALLY found a vet that will see herps & I have an appointment for him tonight.

I, personally, think he may have an impactation or parasitic infection. He is VERY thin, sluggish in movement, does not poo, and regurgitates undigested insects (food). He shows an interest in food about every other day, however does not keep it down.

Please think good thoughts for my poor little Ramune. Even if it takes surgery to remove a possible impactation, we'll get him taken care of. I hope it's not a protoza parasitic infection

We are always very careful to wash our hands w/ antibacterial soap after holding any of our reptiles or touching any of their care items....before touching our fids or dog.

Awee Jessalyn *hugs* You're so sweet

Results are IN! They have a massive WORM infestation. They got a round of de-wormer last night and go back for another round or de-wormer in 2 weeks :P
