It's been awhile since I'd been home for a visit. My dad forgot to mention to me what an accomplished flier Mira has become!! I was in awe! He flew clear up high in the sky just like Mollie, and fast too! Enjoy the pics!

Why they are caged separately. Notice in the second picture both tails are fanned out in full display. They make themselves as big as possible. Mira is much larger than Mollie, and is usually the instigator nowadays. Also, my dad doesn't really think it's funny that they're fighting, it just happens so fast that he didn't even have time to change his facial expression:

I think we decided to wait on the females. I think Mollie is already really set in his ways, and I'm not sure how he would react to yet another pigeon invading his territory. I just don't have anywhere else to keep pigeons if they don't get along.

Yes, Zoey immediately sat at our feet when we were taking family photos- she's an attention hog!
