Default Peggy's Test Result.

Unfortunately it is Positive. She is 100% confirmed as having PBFD.

I'm so sorry Sue. Even though when you got her you already expected she had it, the confirmation doesn't make it any easier.

Even though you really pretty much knew, it's never easy to have it confirmed.

I am thankful that she has you. Good luck!

So sorry. At least she will lead a happy life with you caring for her. Thank you so much for being there for her.

We knew this. I am so sorry. But, WE LOVE PEGGY! Ruby and I talk about her every day. We wonder what she is up to, what she had for breakfast. So what if she is not perfect! Who is! She is perfectly wonderful in her own special way. Her life may be shortened but thanks to you it will be wonderful. I had much rather live a short, wonderful life than a long boring one! Bless you!

Yeh kinda sucks doesn't it. I thought she would be negative to be honest. She has come leaps and bounds since I took her.
Well her change in head color is still an abnomally, vet doesn't know why and it is unusual. Vet also said they never beat it, they will die. The best thing is for Peg's not to have any stress, be fed well and keep her warm and happy.
She said no more vet visits for the girl, she is happy to have any phone calls about Peg's, if the symptoms fit, most likely she will need antibiotics which can be given without a visit.
She also apologized for putting Peg's onto me and making me go through this again. I said I wouldn't have it any other way, don't worry, I love Peggy.

DAMN, DAMN, DAMN. What a blow.

I think Peggy was meant to be with you. She was such a new stranger so suddenly in your life, who needed so much from you immediately.. and you really took her up on it. So I guess Peg's visits would only be for emergencies now? Here is hoping she just stays a happy, warm little lady. When you get too sad just remember how amazing love is, Peggy is your proof!
